Great cutting board!

Exceptionally well made and the perfect size. Blood gutter on one side and tablet groove on the other is a nice touch!

Functional Beauty

I bought this cutting board as a companion to Octopod's chef's knife (which you should also check out!) - don't want to be damaging such a nice tool by cutting on a subpar cutting board.

It arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial it is - compared to my former cutting board that felt like cutting on a piece of cheap plywood, Octopod's cutting board is more akin to cutting on a fine butcher block. This thing will not move around on you, and the dual purpose sides (one for carving meets/catching juices, one flat/standard) are convenient.

Really appreciate how it comes pre-oiled by a pro - you'll want to keep this guy in great shape, as it is as genuinely beautiful as it is practical/functional. No qualms with keeping it displayed on my countertop, ready to use when needed.

Thanks for another fantastic addition to my kitchen, Octopod!

Worth It

The cutting board is high quality and very good looking. I also like the heft of the board.
