-Fermented Garlic Honey

Fresh garlic is covered with the Pure Expression honey and allowed to ferment for a minimum of 28 days. The depth and flavor of the garlic blends with the sweet honey to make an elixir that can be used in Salad Dressings, Cooking, or just poured over Cheese & Charcuterie.
